An insight into life as a young Magistrate

Since becoming High Sheriff, it has been my privilege to work with Hertfordshire citizen Luke Rigg, JP on the 30' under 30 project, to promote, attract and support the appointment of more young magistrates to the bench.

Luke was recently interviewed by Olly Mann on BBC Radio Four, to share stories from the magistrates bench and argue that more young magistrates will improve justice.
